New: Olive oil for food and cosmetics

LEUGOS ingredients launches in 2018 a new olive oil brand “Oliviers d’Aude” from South of France. The oil possesses a unique organoleptic profile, stemming from the particular exposure of the trees to the salting marsh climate of Peyriac sur Mer, close to Narbone. The oil is characterized by an extremely light fruity, herbaceous and nutty  aroma, which makes it very suitable for high level gastronomy, as well as for natural cosmetic applications.

Oliviers d’Aude oil is obtained from verdale-oliviere-picholine-luques-cayon fruits entirely harvested by hand on 450 selected trees and mechanically cold processed. The brand benefits from the France Agrimer label.  The production is limited to about 250 l/year, which makes this oil particularly exclusive and unique.
